TERMS & CONDITIONS: If you cancel before April 20th 2012 you will get a refund of the full amount less 20% administration charge. There is no refund for cancellation after that date. Whilst the organisers take all measures possible to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable festival, these matters remain your sole responsibility. Any accompanying children are your responsibility as are all your belongings. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the festival. Prices include accommodation, vegetarian meals and admission to workshops, and music and dance sessions. Workshop places will be filled on a first come, first served basis so admission to particular workshops cannot be guaranteed unless you have pre-booked. (Several workshops will be running in parallel.) Please note that in booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

This booking system uses Paypal which enables you to use a credit or debit card or your Paypal account if you have one. It is easy to use and secure.  You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal and we will confirm with you a little later. If you have any problems booking, get in touch. If you wish to pay by cheque, download the snail mail form [PDF] for printing out HERE. Accommodation is allocated on a first come, first served basis. If the accommodation you require is no longer available, we will advise you on alternatives.

CHILDREN UNDER 5 come free, but please be aware that no cots are supplied.
